Cathy S. Boyer and Gerri V. Paulisick began their partnership in 1999, and formed the firm of Boyer & Paulisick in 2001. With the addition of Kristen Batson Eberle in 2008, the firm became Boyer Paulisick & Eberle. In April 2021, the firm welcomed Kristin Biss as partner, finally becoming Boyer Paulisick Eberle & Biss.

We focus on all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, spousal and child support, prenuptial planning, surrogacy contracts and adoptions, elder law and guardianship and estate planning. We also provide collaboration and mediation for families as well as for other areas of conflict resolution.

Our practice is concentrated in Butler County, but we extend our services to most Western Pennsylvania counties. Our attorneys and our experienced and knowledgeable staff work in conjunction with one another to provide efficient and cost effective services to our clients.
