Kristen Batson Eberle, Esquire

Ms. Eberle concentrates her practice in family law matters, providing legal representation in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, protection from abuse, adoption, pre and post nuptial agreements and related matters.  With over fifteen years of experience, she has litigated many cases at the state and appellate levels.  In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Eberle is a trained Collaborative Law attorney and Mediator.    

She has been active in the Pennsylvania and Butler County Bar Associations, where she has held leadership positions and has spoken on various family law topics.  She is also a member of the Allegheny County Chapter of the Matrimonial Inns of Court.

Ms. Eberle has received the distinguished honor of being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star, a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

A lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, she graduated from North Allegheny High School.  After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from John Carroll University she returned to Pittsburgh to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2002.  Ms. Eberle resides in Wexford with her family.
